Nature's Energy Day Spa & Bathhouse in Balmain

We went for the weekend, but the bathhouse was not packed. I love it cause how they managed the booking well with not many customers entering the bathhouse at the same time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hair dryer did not work so they offered us an extra tower. They checked in with us about the experience, we felt appreciated. The bathhouse has good instructions on each treatment you are after. The size of the bathhouse was good, easy to access and smell nice. I love the complimentary skin care, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They have nice hot tea for detoxing as well. A wall of appreciation and separate bathrooms for men and women. The bathhouse experience was very relaxing and worth the price. I would definitely come back!

Wowweeee Started off with the spa/sauna etc - we had the place to ourselves. Very relaxing! I got the signature massage and I can hands down say it was the best experience of my life. Kerrie Ann was INCREDIBLE. She was a wealth of knowledge and wisdom and the beautiful combo of deep breathing, hot stones, acupressure and a bit of sound therapy left me feeling a new woman. I’ll definitely be back!

I have been to this location twice and let done both times. I booked myself and my mum in for a massage and extra crystal eye mask , they cut our massage 15min short and didn’t do our extra. I was refunded but highly unimpressed. I went back 4 months later to use a voucher and again. My massage was 15min short. I was not given a lymphatic drainage massage I thought I would get and was taught how to massage myself (not what I wanted) I have a remaining amount of my voucher and safe to say I will not be using. Very disappointed

After spending $900 for 3 of us as a birthday spa day, we didn't realise that we only got to use one towel throughout the entire stay. We had a package where it included 60 minutes in the bathhouse, massage and facial. We used the towel given to dry off after the bathhouse experience and after the massage we wanted to shower (as the oils can sometimes get on clothes) and be able to dry off with a fresh dry towel. When asked for new towels we got interrogated as to where the other towels were, why we wanted a towel and the receptionist seemed overly upset about the fact we wanted new towels. Eventually she settled on giving us one new towel to share between the 3 of us. You would think after spending 900 bucks overall, you'd be able to have access to an extra towel each but I guess not. If we had been warned that the towel we got at the beginning of the package was the only one we were allowed, then we would have been more conservative with it's use, however, there was no warning of this. I have been to other spa places and they will simply just give you a towel if needed, especially after doing a big package like we did. A disappointing last interaction from the end of our experience and overall left a bad taste in our mouth. As a side note: The massage and facial by Vivian was excellent and highly recommend her as a massage therapist.

Absolutely the most relaxing place on Earth! There was a small hiccup with the booking payment when I arrived but the staff fixed it right away. I had the Indian Head Massage and Signature Bliss Facial, which were both amazing. My therapist, Vivian, was great and regularly checked in to make sure the pressure was fine. The prices can be high but totally worth it.
